The Board issues two Variances, one is for the frontage in the amount of 13.89 ft., <br /> and lot size in the amount of 34, 540 sq. ft. There also needs to be a depiction on <br /> the plan when submitting a building permit that the applicant does not exceed the <br /> maximum building height and/or any other setbacks or zoning requirements in the <br /> Town of Mashpee. Also referencing the four pages of architectural design plan <br /> 1762HZ, provided by Architectural Design.com. <br /> Mr. Gould seconded, yes, Ms. SangeIeer, yes, Mr. Goldstein, yes, and Mr. Furbush yes, <br /> All were in favor of the Variance request. <br /> 34 Rainbow Lane: Petitioner, David Webb requests a Written binding under §174-17 of <br /> the Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction of an attached garage on property located in <br /> an R-3 Zoning District, Map 69 Parcel 36F, Mashpee, MA. (Owner of Record: Faith A. <br /> and Phillip Jackson). (Request for continuance until July 11, 2018 bearings). <br /> Mr. Goldstein read a letter submitted on June 5, 2018 by Petitioner, David H. Webb <br /> requesting a continuance until July 11, 2018 hearings. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion to accept the request from David H. (Continued from May 23, 2018 <br /> hearings as requested by the Attorney). <br /> 11 Hamblin Road: Owners, Jacques N. and Martha M. Morin request a Variance under <br /> §174-31 (Land Space Requirements) to vary the lot size, frontage, and side setbacks, and <br /> under §174-33 (Setbacks from wetlands (coastal bank),to raze and replace a single-family <br /> residence on property located in an R-3 Zoning District,Map 120 Parcel 34,Mashpee,MA. <br /> (Continued from May 23, 2018 hearings as requested by the Attorney). <br /> Attorney Kevin Kirrane represented the homeowners for the proposed project. He wanted <br /> to confirm that the Board members read the application. At the last hearing, the Board <br /> requested a revised plan in regard to the request of the 15 ft. side yard setback requirement. <br /> The plan was revised and the applicants do not require a Variance from that side yard. In <br /> addition,the Board of Health has approved the septic permit and Conservation had already <br /> approved the project at their hearing. The Board read multiple letters of support that were <br /> read into the record at the last hearing. <br /> 3 <br />
