MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> JUNE 1312018 <br /> Sharon read the Board of Health comments into the record stating that the property is a <br /> health hazard in its current condition. She also read the Conservation and Inspection <br /> Department comments into the record. <br /> Chairman Furbush read the DPW comment into the record stating a curb cut permit will be <br /> required for the property if a favorable decision is issued and a new dwelling is constructed. <br /> Attorney Johnson said the applicant seeks a Written Finding, and a Variance from the <br /> present frontage requirement of 13.89 ft., and a shortage of 34,540 sq. ft on the lot square <br /> footage. There are no other setback or height requests. <br /> There were no comments from the audience, and no more comments from the Board. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion to issue a Written Finding to Attorney Jeffrey Johnson, <br /> Petitioner with the following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant.meets all the conditions of a Written <br /> Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2. Proposed Plot Plan — Mashpee MA, Date: 2/Feb/96, Scale: 1" = 40', Prepared <br /> for: John F. Dee, 46 Main St., Mashpee, MA. Prepared by: Pesce Engineering & <br /> Associates, 3 Leona Lane, Osterville, MA. CapeSurv, PO Box 718, Hyannis, MA. <br /> Job #: C-161, Field by: RLHJRJM, Signed by Richard R Lheureux, No.: 34312 <br /> Registered Professional Engineer. <br /> 3. Conditioned upon all Town department comments read into the record, including <br /> the curb cuts. Also referencing a Variance that will be attached to this finding. <br /> Mr. Gould seconded, yes, Mr. Goldstein yes, Mr. Furbush, yes, and Ms. Sangeleer, yes. <br /> All were in favor of the Written Finding request. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion to issue a Variance to Attorney Jeffrey Johnson representing <br /> the Petitioner of 46 Main St. for a Variance. In issuing this Variance the Board finds the <br /> hard-ship to be topographical issues that exist on the lot. The Board has determined that <br /> the applicant meets all conditions of Variance with the following; <br /> 1.
