MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> JUNE 1312018 <br /> Sharon read the Board of Health comments into the record stating that the property is a <br /> health hazard in its current condition. She also read the Conservation and Inspection <br /> Department comments into the record. <br /> Chairman Furbush read the DPW comment into the record stating a curb cut permit will be <br /> required for the property if a favorable decision is issued and a new dwelling is constructed. <br /> Attorney Johnson said the applicant seeks a Written Finding, and a Variance from the <br /> present frontage requirement of 13.89 ft., and a shortage of 34,540 sq. ft on the lot square <br /> footage. There are no other setback or height requests. <br /> There were no comments from the audience, and no more comments from the Board. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion to issue a Written Finding to Attorney Jeffrey Johnson, <br /> Petitioner with the following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant.meets all the conditions of a Written <br /> Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2. Proposed Plot Plan — Mashpee MA, Date: 2/Feb/96, Scale: 1" = 40', Prepared <br /> for: John F. Dee, 46 Main St., Mashpee, MA. In issuing this Variance the Board finds the <br /> hard-ship to be topographical issues that exist on the lot.
