TOWN OF MASHPE Board of Appeals Minutes Wednesday, April 13, 1994 - 7 : 30 P .M. i The Mashpee Hoard of Appeals held a meeting on Wednesday, April 13 , 1994 at the Ias pee Town Hall . Board members present and acting thoughout were: Michael A. Makun a , Edward M. Govoni and Jamie Regan. Associate Member Cheryl A. awver arrived at 8 : 10 P *M. Building Inspector William F. Hauck was in attendance. Mr . Ma unas Called the meeting to order at 7 : 40 P .M. Peter Barattini - Requests a Variance from Section 174-32 of the Zoning Hy--laws to allow construction of a single family i dwelling on an unpaved road in an R-5- zoning district on property located at 18 Shorewood Court (Map 5 , Block ) ashpe , MA. Members sitting: M* Mal un s , E. Go o i , J. Regan Engineer David Sanicki represented the applicant and presented area maps of the area near John' s Pond. He said the street is unpaged and houses are built on adjacent lots . The Hoard was informed that Town water has been installed. Mr. Sanicki presented a letter from the Fire Department, Mr. Hauck said the development predated zoning and there is adequate access for fire trucks . Mr . Govoni moved to grant the Variance . Mr. Regan seconded. All agreed. Aqua Jet Well Drillers Excavators Inc . - Request a Special Permit under Section 174-17 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to operate and store equipment for well drilling and excavating in an R-5 zoning district on property located t 135 Main Street (Map 37 , Block 5 ) Mshpee, MA. (Owner o record. S. Joseph DiMaggio) . ( Rescheduled from February 23 , 1994 ) . Members sitting. M. Makunas , E . Govoni, J . Regan Mr . DiMaggio explained that the well drilling and excavating business had been operated for 16 years , The site is used for parking the equipment . Mr . Govoni moved to grant the Special Permit . Mr . Regan seconded. All agreed.
