Board members <br /> present and acting thoughout were: Michael A. Makun a , <br /> Edward M. Govoni and Jamie Regan. Associate Member Cheryl A. <br /> awver arrived at 8 : 10 P *M. Building Inspector William F. <br /> Hauck was in attendance. Mr . Ma unas Called the meeting to <br /> order at 7 : 40 P .M. <br /> Peter Barattini - Requests a Variance from Section 174-32 of <br /> the Zoning Hy--laws to allow construction of a single family <br /> i dwelling on an unpaved road in an R-5- zoning district on <br /> property located at 18 Shorewood Court (Map 5 , Block ) <br /> ashpe , MA. <br /> Members sitting: M* Mal un s , E. Go o i , J. Regan <br /> Engineer David Sanicki represented the applicant and <br /> presented area maps of the area near John' s Pond. He said <br /> the street is unpaged and houses are built on adjacent lots . <br /> The Hoard was informed that Town water has been installed. <br /> Mr. Sanicki presented a letter from the Fire Department, Mr. <br /> Hauck said the development predated zoning and there is <br /> adequate access for fire trucks . <br /> Mr . Govoni moved to grant the Variance . Mr. Regan seconded. <br /> All agreed. <br /> Aqua Jet Well Drillers Excavators Inc . - Request a Special <br /> Permit under Section 174-17 of the Zoning By-laws for <br /> permission to operate and store equipment for well drilling <br /> and excavating in an R-5 zoning district on property located <br /> t 135 Main Street (Map 37 , Block 5 ) Mshpee, MA. (Owner o <br /> record. S. Joseph DiMaggio) . ( Rescheduled from February 23 , <br /> 1994 ) . <br /> Members sitting. M. Makunas , E . Govoni, J . Regan <br /> Mr . DiMaggio explained that the well drilling and excavating <br /> business had been operated for 16 years , The site is used <br /> for parking the equipment . <br /> Mr . Govoni moved to grant the Special Permit . Mr . Regan <br /> seconded. All agreed. <br />
