Govoni mored to modify Section 4 . to allow the canopies <br /> to remain up and that they will all be of a uniform color and <br /> to modify Section 5 , to allow a guard to stay overnight on <br /> the premises , The modifications would be in effect for one <br /> year and would be reviewed before the 1995 opening. Govoni suggested the builder provide <br /> front and side elevations and a landscape plan for the April <br /> 7f 1994 meeting of the Board. Mr . Makunas moved to continue <br /> the hearing to April 27 , 1994 , Mr , Govoni seconded. All <br /> agreed. <br /> Discussion - Mark G Idea - Mr, Gilden discussed sir lots on <br /> Aunt Jane` s Road which are partly in the New Seabury Special , <br /> Permit area. He said all structures would be within that � <br /> area. Ir . Gildea said that Mr . Hauck had askew him to <br /> discuss the lots with the Board. <br /> Minutes - Mr . Govoni moved to accept minutes of March 2 and <br /> 9r 1994 . Ms . Hawver seconded. All agreed. <br /> Mr. Grotke of New Seabury asked for a postponement to April <br /> 7 , 1994 . <br /> Ms .
