w <br /> HOARD of APPEALS <br /> Minutes <br /> April 27 , 1994 <br /> The Mashpee Board of Appeals held a meeting at 7 : 30 P .3 . on <br /> Wednesday, April 27 , 1994 at the Mashpee Town Hall , Board <br /> Members present and acting throughout were Michael A. <br /> Makunas , Edward M. Govoni and James E. Regan III , Associate <br /> Member Cheryl A. Hawver was present for the Bayport and <br /> Hendler hearings . Building inspector William F. Hauck was <br /> In attendance . Leno Mendes and Ken Marstersr applicants for <br /> the Hoard Associate Members, were also present . <br /> Bayport Domes - (Advisement from March 9 , 1994 ) . Bayport <br /> Homes requests a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws for permission to vary the front yard setback <br /> requirements in an R-5 zoning district on property located <br /> t 53 Tobisset St . (Map 3 , Block 23 ) Mashpee, MA. (owner <br /> of record: Peco Inc , ) <br /> Members sitting: M, Makunas, E. Govoni, C. Hawver <br /> Builder Craig Weedon submitted elevations of the proposed <br /> home and a landscape plan. He explained that the <br /> Conservation Commission has restricted types of plants which <br /> can be used and has prohibited any lawn. He said that <br /> copies of the plans have been delivered to the abutters . <br /> Mr , Govoni mooted to grant than Variance. M . Hawver <br /> seconded. All agreed. <br /> Hobert C, and Auta P, Hendl r - (From March 9 and April 1 <br /> meetings . <br /> Members sitting: M. Makunas, E. Govoni, C. Hawver <br /> Ms . Hawver explained that the motion to grant on April 13, <br /> 1994 had not included the condition that the dock be limited <br /> to boat size no larger than 17 foot . <br /> Ms . Hawver moved to add to the Special Permit Decision that <br /> the dock be limited to boats no larger than 17 feet. Mr. <br /> Govoni seconded. All agreed, <br /> Kenneth S, Sa Requests a Special Permit under Section <br /> 174- 1 .D and 174-55 .B of the Zoning By-laws to allow Stop <br /> Shop signage to exceed 20 square feet. Signs are proposed <br /> for the front and side of the building and nine departmental <br /> signs on property located in a -2 zoning district at 39 <br /> Nathan Ellis Highway (Map 74, Block 22 ) Mashpee, MA. (owner <br /> of record: Fields Point Ltd. Partnership) . <br />
