He <br /> explained that the large signs would be 4 ' and V and <br /> silhouette lighted. The departmental signs would not be <br /> - illuminated. Mr . Hauck stated that Design Review had <br /> approved the design. Mr . Makunas said they would make the <br /> plans a part of the Decision. <br /> M . Govoni moved to grant the Special Permit . Govoni, J, Regan � <br /> I <br /> Mr, Douglas Storrs represented the Petition and presented <br /> pians for signage at the entry of Forth Market St . which <br /> have been reviewed with the Cape Cod Commission, the <br /> Planning Board and the Design Review Committee. He said the <br /> the selectmen have approved placing the signs on part of <br /> Town Property, He said they were exceeding the square <br /> footage and requesting four signs instead of two . Mr .. <br /> ovoni questioned visability on 151 and Mr , Storrs stated , <br /> that the bike path will be in front of the signs so they <br /> will not interfere with visahility. <br /> Mr . Govoni moved to grant the Special. Permit based on <br /> drawings presented, Mr . Regan seconded. All agreed. <br /> Mr. Storrs discussed the signage criteria which was being <br /> adopted for Forth Market St , He said that Fields Point had <br /> received approval for the signage on Mashpee commons in <br /> 1986 . He proposed that the Board adopt the same guidelines <br /> for Horth Market St . Mr . Makunas questioned how this was <br /> done and asked that files be researched. Mr . Storks said <br /> they would prefer not to have to come to Design Review on <br /> every sign. <br /> I <br />
