Board of Appeals Minutes - April 27F 1994 3 . Cape Cod Coffee - Requests a Special Permit under Sections 174-25.E, l and 174-25.H. 6 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to operate a retail store In premises formerly occupied by a real estate office on property located in a zoning district at 348 Main Street (Map 36 , Block Sl ) Mashpee, MA. (Owner of record: Demos Young TR, ) Members sitting: M. Makunas , E. Govoni , J , Regan Mr . Young explained that the retail store will he selling coffee and coffee-making appliances, brewing machines, filters and samples of coffee. The total sales area will e 450 square feet . He said they might have hot coffee to take out at some time. There was discussion that Mr . Young work with Mr , Hauck in establishing the parking requirements . Mr . Govoni moved to grant the Special Permit with the condition that Mr . Hauck certify that the parking Meet the parking requirements . Mr . Regan seconded. All agreed. John J. and Dorothy R. Farrell -- Requests a Special Permit , under Section 174-17 of the Zoning Hy-laws to allow a second stony addition to the pre-existing non-conforming dwelling on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 74 Uncle Percy' s Road Map 117 , Block 17 Mashpee, MA, Members sitting; 14. Makunas , E. Govoni, J , Regan Engineer Jahn Slavinsky presented plans for the expansion of an existing dwelling with a second story. He explained that the footprint will remain the same and a new septic system will he installed. Mr , Govoni moved to grant the Special Permit . Mr . Regan seconded. All agreed. Jean Pierre and Judith Sanchez - Request a Sp ci l Permit under Section 174-17 of the Zoning By-laws tojallow the expansion of a pre-existing non-conforming dwelling with a kitchen and deck addition nd second story renovations in an R-3 zoning district on property located at 169 Daniel ' s Island Road (Map 300 , Block 43 ) Mashpee, MA.
