Board of Appeals Minutes - April 27F 1994 3 . <br /> Cape Cod Coffee - Requests a Special Permit under Sections <br /> 174-25.E, l and 174-25.H. 6 of the Zoning By-laws for <br /> permission to operate a retail store In premises formerly <br /> occupied by a real estate office on property located in a <br /> zoning district at 348 Main Street (Map 36 , Block Sl ) <br /> Mashpee, MA. (Owner of record: Demos Young TR, ) <br /> Members sitting: M. Makunas , E. Govoni , J , Regan <br /> Mr . Young explained that the retail store will he selling <br /> coffee and coffee-making appliances, brewing machines, <br /> filters and samples of coffee. The total sales area will e <br /> 450 square feet . He said they might have hot coffee to take <br /> out at some time. There was discussion that Mr . Young work <br /> with Mr , Hauck in establishing the parking requirements . <br /> Mr . Govoni moved to grant the Special Permit with the <br /> condition that Mr . Hauck certify that the parking Meet the <br /> parking requirements . Mr . Regan seconded. All agreed. <br /> John J. and Dorothy R. Farrell -- Requests a Special Permit , <br /> under Section 174-17 of the Zoning Hy-laws to allow a second <br /> stony addition to the pre-existing non-conforming dwelling <br /> on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 74 Uncle <br /> Percy' s Road Map 117 , Block 17 Mashpee, MA, <br /> Members sitting; 14. Makunas , E. Govoni, J , Regan <br /> Engineer Jahn Slavinsky presented plans for the expansion of <br /> an existing dwelling with a second story. He explained that <br /> the footprint will remain the same and a new septic system <br /> will he installed. <br /> Mr , Govoni moved to grant the Special Permit . Mr . Regan <br /> seconded. All agreed. <br /> Jean Pierre and Judith Sanchez - Request a Sp ci l Permit <br /> under Section 174-17 of the Zoning By-laws tojallow the <br /> expansion of a pre-existing non-conforming dwelling with a <br /> kitchen and deck addition nd second story renovations in an <br /> R-3 zoning district on property located at 169 Daniel ' s <br /> Island Road (Map 300 , Block 43 ) Mashpee, MA. <br />
