Maku as dictated' a letter <br /> forming him that the Board can only a .t on an application <br /> for a Special Permit, Variance or ars Appeal . <br /> Flea Market Plan - There was discussion that any plans to <br /> have a produce stand in the front parking area next t <br /> Fabio' s would require a Special Permit , Mr, Makunas said <br /> all flea market activities are restricted to the area behind <br /> the fence as per pians submitted by Mr, Talanian, <br /> Associate Members - Both Lebo Mendes and Ken Mars ers have <br /> applied for membership on the Board. <br /> June meet .n s 4- There was discussion of one meeting on June <br /> 4 <br /> 8r 1994 , <br /> Ms .
