Building Inspector William F . <br /> Hauck was in attendance . <br /> George , Blasenak - Requests a Special Permit under Section <br /> 174-25 . 1 . 9 of the Zoning By-lags to allow the reconstruction <br /> of a gook in an R-3 zoning district on property located at <br /> 198 Wading Place Road Map 112 , Block 1 ) Ma hp e , MA. <br /> Members sitting . E. Govoni , J . Regan, A. Mindick <br /> Robert Gray of Sabathâ–º and Engineer Roger Michniewicz <br /> represented the applicant . He explained that the dock at <br /> the location was damaged in hurricanes . He has received an <br /> Order of Conditions from Conservation for a reconstructed <br /> dinghy dock and was asking for the Special Permit for the <br /> new structure and for maintenance in perpetuity. <br /> Mr . Regan moved to grant the Permit for a dinghy dock . Mr . <br /> Mindick seconded. All agreed . <br /> Norman S . and Lois E. Silverman - Request a Special Permit <br /> under Section 174-17 of the Zoning By-laws -to allow an <br /> addition to the pre-existing non-conforming dwelling in an <br /> R-S zoning district on property located at 9 Compass Circle <br /> (Map 105 , Block 259 ) Mashpe , MA. <br /> Norman S . and Lois E. Silverman -- Request a variance under <br /> Section 174-31 of , the Zoning By-laws to vary the side-lire <br /> setback requirements in an R-3 zoning district on property <br /> located at 9 Compass Circle (Map 105 , Block 259 ) Mahpee, <br /> . <br /> Members sitting: E. Govoni , J . Regan , A. Mindick <br /> Engineer David Sanicki represented the applicant and <br /> explained that the subject lot was thought to be under the <br /> New r eabury Special Permit but it was not . All of the lots <br /> in the area are triangular and restrictive to building <br /> location due to the topography . The owner proposes an <br /> addition resulting in a side setback of 5 . 5 ' . <br />
