Govon <br /> Chairman and James E, Regan III as Vice-Chairman, Mr. <br /> Marsters seconded, All agreed. Mr . G v ni mored to elect <br /> John J. Friel as Clerk . Mr . Nelson seconded. All. agreed. <br /> Design Review Committee - M,,.-* , Friel nominated Edward. M. <br /> Govoni to be the Board of Appeals representative to the <br /> Design Review Committee . Mr . nelson seconded . All agreed. <br /> Laidlaw Transit Inc , -, Requests a Special Permit under <br /> Sections 174-25 .F, 2 and 174-25 ,H. 6 of the Zoning By-laws t <br /> allow a parking lot for 15 school buses and 15 oars in a C-2 <br /> onin district on .property located at 6 Cape Drive (Map 55 , <br /> Bloc 23 ) Mashpee, MA. The site is located Southeast of the <br /> Merry Meadow shopping plaza on Route 28 . <br /> Laidlaw Transit Ing . - Requests a variance from Section <br /> 174-31 of the. ZoningBy-laws for pe mi sion to vary the <br /> minimum lot frontage requirement i �- coning district on <br /> property located at 6 Cape Drive (Map 55, Black 23 p , <br /> MA. (Owner of record: Merry Meadow Enterprises Inc. ) . <br /> Members sitting: B. Govoni, J. Friel, K, Mat _ters <br /> Attorney George mall and Michael Ro'rro represented Laidlaw. <br /> Mr . Hall explained that they had just concluded the Design <br /> Review Committee meeting and he said they Mould like the <br /> opportunity to make previsions to the pian as a result of <br /> comments at that meeting. He reviewed the parking plans for <br /> the lot . Mr . Rorro explained that - the site would have. a chain <br /> link fence with vinyl screening and reviewed the bus <br /> schedules . Mr . Hall said there would be no maintenance or <br /> fueling at the site. He said there was a question of the <br /> zone lime on the ,plans and would have his engineer review the <br /> plans for accuracy and a revision of the access driveway to <br />
