Govoni, J. Friel, I . Marsters <br /> Engineer John Slavinsky represented the applicants and <br /> explained that the proposed dock has Conservation and <br /> Shellfish approval as well as StateDEM approval . <br /> I <br /> Mr . Friel moved to grant the Special Permit . Mr . Ma stern <br /> seconded. All agreed. <br /> i <br /> Minutes - Mr. Fried, moved to accept Minutes of May 25 and <br /> June 8 . 1994 . Mr . Govoni Seconded. All agreed. <br /> _ I .--112 - There was discussion of the procedures to be <br /> used to comply with Chapter 112 . Mr. Friel stated that he did <br /> not think the Board had the right to become involved in to <br /> payments . Mr . Govoni disagreed and explained that he had <br /> asked for a legal opinion which stated that the Board should <br /> observe the requirements of the Town By-laws . Mr . Govoni <br /> mored to mend the Board of Appeals Application Procedures <br /> and Section Iv, of the Board of Appeals by-lasts to comply <br /> with Chapter 112 . Mr. Marsters seconded. All agreed, Mr, <br /> o oni said the Board could condition Special Permits and <br /> Variances but is required to hear all applidations filed with <br /> the Town Clerk. <br /> MeetMr. Govoni moved to cancel the regular meeting of <br /> August 10, 1994 . Mr. Friel seconded. All agreed. <br /> Mr . Govoni moved to adjourn at 9 P .M. Mr, nelson seconded. <br /> All agreed. <br /> Elinor Walsh <br />
