Bates TR. - Requests a variance from Section <br /> 174-- 1 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to vary the lot <br /> size, frontage and setback requirements in an R-3 zoning <br /> d strict. on property located at 16 Jeep Place (Map 118, Block <br /> 10 4 ) Iashpee{ MA. <br /> Members sitting: E. Govoni, J. Friel, R. Nelson <br /> Attorney Marr Gildea represented the applicant and presented <br /> plans for the replacement of a single family home, He asked <br /> the Board to consider the special Permit application first. <br /> He explained that a foundation permit had been issued and the <br /> Building Inspector thea requested a Special Permit. Be <br /> explained that the proposed lot coverage will be 13 . 6 . He <br /> reviewed the house plans and said they were consistent with <br /> other improvements in the neighborhood <br /> Mr, Gildea shored pictures of similarly improved homes in the <br /> area, He said that he believed that the Permit can granted <br /> under 174-17 and that 174-20 is not applicable. He stated <br /> that he did not think a Variance was required but would leave <br /> the filing in case of an appeal , His intention would be to <br /> withdraw the Variance request after the -day appeal period <br /> has elapsed. Mr , Govoni noted three letters in support had <br /> been received. <br /> Mr . Friel moved to take the application for a Variance under <br /> advisement. Mr . Felson seconded. All agreed. <br /> M . Friel moved to grant the Special Permit . Mr . Felson <br /> seconded. All agreed. <br />
