Govoni, games E. Regan <br /> Cheryl A. H weer, Kenneth E. <br /> Marsters and Robert G, Ne.1son. <br /> Board Members absent: John] J, Friel . Arnold D . Mindick <br /> Also present : William F, Hauck <br /> M . Govoni opened the meeting at 7 : 30 PQM,. <br /> Peter Maglione, TR. am Requests a variance .o om Section <br /> 474-31 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to vary the lot <br /> size and frontage requirements in an R-3 zoning district on <br /> property located at 23r 29r 41 and 47 Great Oak Road (Map <br /> 110 , Blocks 8 , 8t 82 and 79 . ) <br /> Members sitting: B. Govoni, K. Marste s . R. Nelson <br /> Members present: C. Hawver (J. Regan stepped down) , <br /> Mr . Govoni announced that the Board had received a request <br /> from Mark Gildea, Attorney for Mr . Maglione, to continue <br /> the hearing and agreed to extend the calendar for 90 days . <br /> .Mr , Govoni moved to continue the hearing to August 24 and <br /> extend the calendar. Mir. Nelson seconded. All agreed. <br /> Fred and Suzanne M. Luconi - Request a Special Permit under <br /> Section 1 -25 . 1 . 9 of the ZoningBy-laws to allow the <br /> construction and maintenance of a walkway, pier, ramp and <br /> coats and mooring piles- in Popponesset Bay on property <br /> located in an R-3 zoning district at 116 Popponesset Island <br /> Road {Map 112, Block 5) Mashpee, MA. ( owner of record: <br /> Edward w. and Esther D. Donovan) . <br /> "red and Suzanne 'M.
