Friel <br /> Engineer William Madden represented the applicant and <br /> presented plans for the relocation of an existing garage , <br /> He explained that it was difficult to enter the garage <br /> without crossing on ars abutting property line . <br /> Mr . Govoni said that he understood one tree world be removed <br /> and that they would have to return to Conservation . Edward <br /> Caulfield, a#a ab utter. said the garage was built four o <br /> five years ago without a permit . He said he did not object <br /> to the relocation of the garage . <br /> Ron F'rancoeur , an abutter, asked if the garage was doing to <br /> be rotated. Mr . Madden said garage would not be rotated and <br /> noted this on plans . <br /> Mr . Friel moved to grant the Special Permit to relocate the <br /> garage . Mr . Regan seconded . All agreed. <br /> Christo her Foss - Requests a Special Permit under Section <br /> 174-25 . 1 . 9 of the Zoning Bir-lags to replace an a iting <br /> pier . ramp and float with a raised timber pier , ramp and <br /> enlarged float in ars R-3 zoning di6stri t on property located <br /> at 417 l onoiiloscoy Road (Map 124 , 51oV a h ee , MA. <br /> ( Owner of record: Lisa Drake TRS, ) . <br /> Members sitting: ,J . Regan, J. Friel , C. Hawver <br /> Mr . Govoni stepped dorm from the Board for this hearing. <br /> Engineer Madden said they had an order of conditions from <br /> the Conservation Commission. He said they were upgrading an <br /> existing pier. Be said float approved was 8r x 251 , <br /> Mr . Friel read a Memo from the Harbormaster stating his <br /> objections and requesting the dock length be shortened by <br /> 4 ' . Mr. Madden questioned depths 'in the area and he felt it <br /> was more important to have deeper water . Edward Caulfield, <br /> ars abutter, shored pictures of the existing dock and new <br /> construction at the end. He said his property was assessed <br /> higher because of his view and that the new structure <br /> obstructs some of this vier. Mr . Friel said the <br /> Harbormaster ' s objection was serious . Ms . Ber suggested <br /> Mr . Madden Meet with the Harbormaster and Conservation. <br /> Mr . Friel moved to take the Petition under advisement . Ms . <br /> Haer seconded, All agreed. <br /> Mr ,. Hauck asked if the house setbacks Were pant of the <br /> garage application . The Special Permit application did not <br /> include anything about the !louse and it Was not advertised. <br />
