Friel read a Memo from the Harbormaster stating his <br /> objections and requesting the dock length be shortened by <br /> 4 ' . Mr. Madden questioned depths 'in the area and he felt it <br /> was more important to have deeper water . Edward Caulfield, <br /> ars abutter, shored pictures of the existing dock and new <br /> construction at the end. He said his property was assessed <br /> higher because of his view and that the new structure <br /> obstructs some of this vier. Mr . Friel said the <br /> Harbormaster ' s objection was serious . Ms . Ber suggested <br /> Mr . Madden Meet with the Harbormaster and Conservation. <br /> Mr . Friel moved to take the Petition under advisement . Ms . <br /> Haer seconded, All agreed. <br /> Mr ,.
