f BOARD of APPEALS Minutes Wednesday, October 12 , 1994 The Mashp a Board of Appeals held a meeting at 7 : 30 P .M. on Wednesday, October 12 , 1994 at the Mas pee Town Hall . Members present : E. Govoni , J. Friel , J, Regan, K. Marste `s and R, Belson Members absent-: C . Hawver , A. Mindlck Also present : W. Hauck, Building Inspector Mashpee council on AgipA - bequests a Special Permit under Section 174-54 of the Zoning By-laws to replace signage apt the carol H . Jacobson senior Center with a 4811 identification sign and a 2.4TVx 42't special events sign on property located in an R-5 zoning district at 500 Great Neck North Toad Map 67 , Block 11 ) Mashpe , MA, ( owner of record: mown of Ma.shpee ) . Members sitting: ovoni, J , Regan,, J, Friel Jim Long, Director of the senior center , presented landscape plans with location of the signs . He explained that the new signs would be 1 l ' from the road . Bill Duck explained that a permit was needed because of the size of signs and the number of signs . Design Review has approved . Mr , Govoni suggested that permit be conditioned to allow exterior lighting if it was needed in the future . Mr . Regan moved to grant the Permit . Mr . Friel seconded. All agreed. Friel moved to grant the Special Permit , Mr . Ferran seconded. All agreed . i
