k +�+ �1 �F �M�1 <br /> Board of Appeals Minutes - October 26 , 199 <br /> Jim Hanks , an a utter r said the dock length would interfere <br /> with traffic and would not impact shellfish if it was <br /> shortened , lie said all moorings in the area are placed by <br /> the Harbormaster . <br /> Mr . Nelson moved to take the petition under advisement , Mr . <br /> Marsters seconded, All agreed. The Board requested further <br /> information f m Conservation i# Harbormaster . <br /> Advisement - Mr . Nelson suggested that the Board might. <br /> consider continuing the hearings rather than take <br /> applications under advisement , Board members agreed. <br /> Richardson Jona - Mr . Govoni mooted to reopen the Jonas <br /> hearing. Mr . Nelson seconded. All agreed. <br /> Mr . Govoni moved to grant the Variances in lot size to allow <br /> for four lots : Lot 2A of 50 , 141 square feet with a Variance <br /> of 29 , 859 square feet +/- ; Lot 26A of 62 , 061 square feet with <br /> a Variance of 17 , 939 square feet +/- ; Lot 29 of 76 r 946 square <br /> feet with a Variance of 50 , 665 square feet- and Lot 30A of <br /> 84 , 516 square feet with a Variance of 8 , 925 <br /> . <br /> Nelson stated that he felt the owner was making an effort <br /> to use the land and that the four lots were a logical. <br /> combination . Mr , Govoni said that due to the road layout and <br /> configuration of the lots that this is the hest use of the <br /> land . The lots are much bigger than those in the area and <br /> they would require lesser variances if wetlands could be <br /> included as they were when the subdivision plan was approved . <br /> The Variance is conditioned that no changes be made in lot <br /> lines , <br /> Peter Ma l.ione (Advisement ) - <br /> Members sitting: E. Govoni , K. Ma stet , H. Nelson <br /> Mr. Govoni roved to deny the four Variance requests without <br /> prejudice . He explained that the Board had requested further <br /> information on ownership which was not provided. The <br /> abutters have objected to construction on four lots . The <br /> lots are held in common ownership with adjoining land and <br /> could be combined to meetzoning . -Mr . Marsters seconded. A131- <br /> agreed. <br /> llagreed. <br /> Minutes - Mr . Govoni moved to accept Minutes of September 28 <br /> and October 1 . 1934 , Mr . Adelson seconded. All agreed.. <br /> on n i Mr . Govoni said he had researched the Falmouth <br /> By-laws on non-contow ing lots . He. said they had several <br /> protections for vacant lots adjoining developed lots . <br /> Mr .
