A brief discussion was held <br /> discussing some of the questions posed in the survey to <br /> which some members opposed. <br /> Motion rade by Ms . Gibbs, seconded by Mr. Paxton, to not <br /> accept the Health Survey at this time. <br /> VOTE : Unanimous <br /> 9. 6 Hammett Request - Dr. DeMoura presented a request from <br /> J.L. Hammett Co. to use photos of the Coombs school and <br /> students to include in their new catalog. He reminded <br /> the Co=ittee that, if accepted, J.L. Hammett Co. would <br /> be required to obtain releases from the students before <br /> publishing their photos . <br /> Motion made by Ms . Gibbs, seconded by Mr. Paxton, to photos <br /> of the Coombs school and students to be printed in the J.L. <br /> Ha=ett Co. catalog. <br /> VOTE : Unanimous <br /> 9. 7 surplus Equipment ent - Dr. DeMoura dura presented a request from <br /> Mire Pietrowski to declare the following equipment as <br /> surplus . <br /> 1 ea.
