Lynch questioned the criteria for granting permission for individuals to use the facilities . Dr. DeMoura outlined the policy guidelines and fee structure for expenses incurred. V. 5. 1 Personnel - Dr. DeMoura welcomed John Williams as the Report of the new High School Principal and informed the Committee of Superintendent the appointment of Mary Steele Ferguson as thee l a th teacher at the Middle School (1 year) , Mae Cushing as the French teacher ( . 55) at the Middle School, Barbara Van Storer-Howard as Grace 4 teacher at the Middle School, and Brian Inde as Grade 6 teacher at the Middle School . He also informed the Committee of the resignation of Joy Blackwood as a lunchroom monitor at the RCC School . 5.2 Principals' Report .2 . 1 Coombs School - Mr. Feldman stated that he was working on the schedules for September and stated that it was coming alone well; he met with a few teachers to review the K C handbook; he met with John Williams and the Superintendent to see how Grades 7 and 8 will be handled.
