Phyllis sprout addressed the Committee on the Massachusetts <br /> Public Education Assessment Program (MEAD) test questions and costs <br /> Forum that are incurred in implementing these tests, she <br /> suggested setting aside grant monies to fund. she also <br /> epresssed concerns over the "secured" questions that were <br /> obtained by a Falmouth High School- student. <br /> i <br />
