Dr. DeMoura suggested approval subject t <br /> availability of space. <br /> Motion made by Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Lynch, to <br /> approve the Collaborative,"s request for one classroom in the <br /> Middle School for the 1996--1997 school year. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> VIII . 8. 1 Sub-Committee Reports <br /> Committee <br /> Reports 8. 1. 1 Negotiations To be discussed in executive session. <br /> 8 . 1.2 Hlh School - Mr. Williams said the School Council <br /> has finalized the Student Handbook. <br /> 8. 1.3 Elementary School Mrs. Cook said this connittee <br /> will meet in early September. <br /> .2 External Reports <br /> 8.2 . 1 Cape Cod Collaborative - Ms. Macdonald said the next <br /> meeting is scheduled for September 5, 19960 <br /> 8. .2 Leisure Services -� Mrs. Cook said their next meeting <br /> --- <br /> is set for July 9; 1996. <br /> 8 .2. 3 School Building Committee - Mrs. Mills said <br /> "Everybody` hustling. " This committee will meet again on <br /> July 16 And July 30, <br /> 'Mrs. Lynch asked why can't. sports equipment be stored at the <br /> Middle School? Mr. Williams responded that football <br /> equipment takes up a lot of storage space and there would b <br /> a need to better maintain the boy's locker rooms at the <br /> Middle School. Alot of Maintenance work would need to be <br /> dome. <br /> 8 .2.4 Legislation - Mrs. Mills said, "Read the. newspapers. " <br /> 8*2,5 Safe Trans ortat*on Task Force - Mr,. Paxton said <br /> there will be no meeting until August. A tentative meeting <br /> is set for July - at 3:00 p.m. in the Middle School <br /> Conference Room t discuss routes for 1996-1997 . <br /> 8.2. 6 Personnel.
