Mr. Williams said <br /> there are none as this is just an application. Affiliation <br /> . will commence in 1997 . <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> 8,2 SMPTE Conference - Michael Pietrow ki asked the School <br /> Committee for permission to attend the SMPTE Conference in <br /> Los Angeles, California from October 8-12, 1996. He asked <br /> to take alone Shawn August, Executive Nice Chairman, Mashpee <br /> Section of SMPTE and Jonathan R, ForsytheF Chairman of the <br /> Mashpee Section of SMPTE. Mr. Pietrows i said through <br /> donations and the parental funds, airfare payment would be <br /> covered and John Brooks would house the group. Mir. <br /> Pietrow ki said he would pay $200.00 to cover his own <br /> airfare, <br /> Mrs. Lynch made a motion to approve the students and Mr. <br /> Pietrowski`s travel to the SMPTE Conference in Los Angeles <br /> in October, however, the School Department would pay for Mr. <br /> Pietrowski's $200.00 airfare. The motion was seconded by <br /> Mrs. Mills. <br /> Mrs. Mills asked where the $200.00 would come from in the <br /> budget* Dr. Deloura said Professional Development. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> 8 . 3 Ratification ,of Contract with Local 254 - This was discussed <br /> earlier in the meeting. <br />
