Mrs. Cook agreed stating that the public is generally allowed to speak in Public Forum after signing the Public Form sheet. Ms. Macdonald, Mrs. Lynch, and Mr. Paxton agreed as well. Thus the current policy will remain in effect. T . 9. 1 Sub-Committee Reports Committee Reports 9. 1. 1 Negotiations - Mrs, Lynch said Unit A has been voted o and will be addressed in executive session. 9. 1.2 High School. -- There was no meeting. 9. 1.3 Elementary School. - Mrs. Lynch discussed the Grade 1- report card changes made at the August 29th meeting. She suggested having a "mini" town meeting to discuss report cards. - 9.2 External Reports . . 1 Cade Cod Collaborative - Ms. Macdonald said the first meeta.ng will be on September 5 at 6 :'30 p.m. She said the Collaborative is concerned about not moving into the Middle School. 9.2.2 Leisure services - Mrs. Cook said .a meeting is scheduled for September 5 at 6: 30 p.m. 9.2 .3 school Building Committee - Mrs. Mills said there will be a meeting on September 1 . 9 -a2 ,4 Legislation - Mrs. Mills had no report this evening. 9.2.5 Safe TransiDortation Task Force - Mr, Paxton there will be a meeting on September 17 at7 :00' p.m,. in the Middle School. 9.2 .6 Personnel. Committee - Mrs. Cook said a meeting has been set for Goober 7 at 1 :00 p.m. 9,x.7 A.A.R.P. Meet l.n s - Mrs. Macdonald said a meeting has been scheduled for September 11, IX Dro DeMoura asked the Committee when they would lake to set Other the "mini"" town meeting date as well as what the topic should be. Mr. Paxton suggested the third 'Thurs:day in October, October 1 to discuss report cards and the gifted and talented program.
