Macdonald said, "The last thing I wart to do is cut staff. I don't think it's <br /> necessary." <br /> Dr. DeMoura suggested prioritizing the school needs as has been done last <br /> year. He went on to explain these needs 'should begin in the classroom and <br /> more outward towards support services: <br /> 1 Students <br /> 2) Teacher <br /> 3 Utilities <br /> 4 Transportation <br /> 5) Compliance with mandated programs <br /> 6) Compliance with special education programs <br /> 7) Instructional materials <br /> 8) Support staff (including some mandated support staff <br /> 9) Extra--curricular programs <br /> 10 other <br />
