MASHPEE PUBLIC SCHOOLS REGULAR MEETING MARCH 5. 1997 Minutes Attendees: Chairman Stephen Paxton, Kathleen Lynch, 'Theresa Cook, Janice Mills, and Maryanne Macdonald. Also in attendance was superintendent of-Schools Dr. Lincoln A. IeMoura. I. VOTE: Unanimous On a motion by Ms. Macdonald, seconded by Mrs. Cool, the minutes of the special meeting of January 30, 1997 were approved. VOTE: Unanimous On a nmoti n by Mrs. cook, seconded by Mrs.-,Mills, the minutes of the regular meeting of Fe ru .ry 3, 1997 were approved as amended. NOTE: Unanimous On a motion by Ms. Macdonald, seconded by Mrs. Mills, the minutes of the executive session of February 3, 1997 were approved. OTE: Unanimous Executive Motion made by Mrs. Lynch, seconded by Mrs. cook, to move into Session executive session to discuss a complaint of an employee ee t 7:05 p.m. Roll Call vote: In favor - Mr. Paxton, Mrs. Lynch, Mrs. Cook, Airs. Mills, and Ms. Macdonald; opposed - none.
