Sprout in her memo dated April 6, 1997. As per policy,if an.tern takes more than one half hour to address, the School Department charges for research time to provide requested information to the public. .1.3 Phyllis Sprout Correspondence dated April 18, 1997: The School Committee was requested to conduct an assessment on the students progress in the summer school reading program by Ms. Sprout in her memo to Dr.DeMoura dated April 18, 1937. This matter is presently being reviewed. In addition, Ms. Sprout has requested the School Conunittee convene a Mini-Town Meeting to discuss the 1993 Education Reform Act and it's future impact on the Mashpee School system.
