Also in attendance was Superintendent of <br /> Schools Ir. Lincoln A. DeMoura. <br /> I. Call Chairwoman Kathy Lynch called the regular meeting to order at 7: <br /> Mee ing.To p.m. in Room E-103 at Mashpee High School <br /> Order <br /> II. Approval 2.1 regular Meeting.ofJuly 28_, 1997 - Motion made by Mr. Paxton, <br /> of seconded by Ms. Macdonald, to approve the minutes of the <br /> Minutes regular meeting of July 28, 1997. <br /> NO'T'E: Unanimous <br /> 2.2 Executive Session of July 28, 1 - Motion made by Ms. <br /> Macdonald, seconded by Mr. Paxton, to approve the minutes o <br /> the executive session of July 2 , 1997. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> III. Public There was no public forum this evening. <br /> Forum <br /> . Ac owl- Dr. DeMoura thanked the Department arty ent o of fie Works for assisting in <br /> egemen s clearing the land for the Quashnet pla rground. <br /> Commun- 5.1 Audits - Department of Education - Dr. DeMoura explained the <br /> ications correspondence received from the Department of Education <br /> regarding upcoming audits for the following programs: special <br /> Education, Title I, Civil Rights Methods of Administration (Title I <br /> and Title IX , and Nutrition. He said further ire oration. will be <br /> received in early September from the Department's artment's Program <br /> Quality Assurance Services. <br />
