Cape Cod Tech currently has 62 Mashpee <br /> students enrolled. <br /> 7.4 Facilities.. p - school Facilities Supervisor Don Cook <br /> submitted the following monthly maintenance report for April: <br /> Coombs school: <br /> 1. Bich were opened for the HVAC improvements, <br /> however, the lowest laid exceeded the amount budgeted <br /> for the project. As a result, upon review with the <br /> engineer, it was decided to re-bid the project with <br /> some modifications. <br /> 2. carpets meed replacement in the front office and <br /> library. Estimates for the work will be in by mid-April. <br /> 3. A stone drip edge was installed at the front entry of the <br /> school. <br /> CUashnetSchools: <br /> 1. The replacement water- beater project is completed. In <br /> 14 months, the cost will be recovered in fuel savings. <br /> 2. Floor tiles meed replacement in many hallways. <br /> Estimates for this work is done and areas will be <br /> prioritized for nearly replacement. <br /> High school: <br /> 1. The maintenance staff is workingwith the Athletic <br /> Director and coaching staff to get the playing fields <br /> reader for spring sports. <br /> 1. A preventative maintenance plan is almost completed. <br /> All mechanical systems are inventoried and work <br /> sheets have been made so standard procedures can be <br /> followed throughout the system. Mr. Cook noted that <br /> in order for the plan to be successful, a third <br /> maintenance person needs to be added to the staff. <br /> 7.5 5 F Y Budget Review - Included in the supplemental packet <br /> was the revolving account printout. Dr. Dell oura reviewed this <br /> printout, Mrs. Lynch asked, "Bow are we doing with the FY98 <br />
