I <br /> Neter portable bleachers to be assembled for the playing fields. <br /> • Annual chiller maintenance is completed. <br /> tst .- i <br /> * Annual testing on the fire safety systems {fire alarms and <br /> sprinklers)ler s) in all buildings is scheduled for November. After a <br /> report is received, defective equipment is repaired or replaced. <br /> 0 Snow removal equipment gill be set up and ready for use the <br /> eek of November 9th, <br /> 0 Maintenance employees completed a course for HC <br /> pneumatic controls at the Siebe training center in canton. <br /> Bi-annual testing of grater back flow devices completed. <br /> Principals are reporting the general cleanliness in buildings is <br /> good. <br /> Mr. Cook will be gathering information on all computer <br /> equipment controlling the maintenance and operation for <br /> buildings for Y2K and any costs will be forwarded to the <br /> Superintendent's office. <br /> Mrs. Lynch asked for status of the stolen trailer? Mr. MacDonald <br /> responded that to bids have leen rceied thus fax for a <br /> replacement. <br /> 7.5 FY99 Budget Revi - After reviewing the new format, the <br /> Committee asked to return the % Expended" and delete "Receipts" <br /> columns from the printouts. <br /> 7. Falmouth High School Tuition - IIT. MacDonald informed the <br /> Committee the Falmouth High School tuition rate for Mashpee <br /> seniors attending that school will b $6,292.75 per student. <br /> 7.7 Medicaid Reimbursement ursement - Mr. MacDonald said the reported <br /> paid claims for the period July 1 through September 30, 1998 were <br /> $28P913. <br />
