Mashpee Wampanoaa Tribe Commmuni„!y Center (continued) <br /> Tom Fudala noted that on site plan Town road is being cut off so some access has to be retained. <br /> Mark Harding, Treasurer, Wampanoag Tribe, spoke and said they always maintained the Town road <br /> and they will maintain road. <br /> Comments from Committee <br /> • Tom Fudala advised that the storm water system does not comply with storm water <br /> requirements since everything has to go through vegetated source reducing nitrogen load. <br /> • Walter said building commercial in a residential zone you need to meet a lot of requirements. <br /> • Mary LeBlanc said she is opposed to taking out large trees that are there. <br /> • Establish buffers. <br /> • Access road. <br /> • Height definitely would need a variance. <br /> • Any parking required needs to be paved. So 199 spaces have to be paved; the excess does <br /> not have to be paved. <br /> • 50 feet off property line has to be maintained. <br /> • Landscape Plan has to be provided. Show plantings on plan. <br /> • Board of Health requirement is total nitrogen, not by TKN. <br /> • Metal cover on septic needs to come up to grade. <br /> • Do estimates on mounting calculation. <br /> • Control panels are going in shed...need certification. <br /> • Board of Health will do additional review prior to permit. <br /> • Catherine Laurent advised they need to file a curb cut permit. For new entrance site distance <br /> evaluatiorrslcalculations needed, <br /> • Bike Path ... how maintained through construction and afterwards. <br /> • Existing storm water drainage on road to be protected during construction. <br /> • File for erosion and sedimentation control of the property as well. <br /> • Dumpster enclosure to include recycle bin in addition to trash. <br /> • Joel asked they use radius-turning template so Fire Department can determine access to the <br /> building. <br /> • Tom said since temporarily moving trailers to the front, provide a plan to show where trailers <br /> will be situated on the property during construction. <br /> • Catherine suggested they check with Natural Heritage. <br /> Buildina Issues <br /> • Have to screen...sound decimal level to be done. Manufacturer can provide. Information to <br /> be provided to this committee. <br /> • Samples of TPO green rubber roof and fascia to be provided to committee. <br /> • Front of building is nice looking building; back part looks like a warehouse. <br /> • Not a lot of doors for egress. <br /> • Stone being used at portion of front.,.Provide photo to committee. <br /> • Windows need to meet 120 mile/hour wind blow requirements. <br /> + Energy code to be met. <br /> 4 <br />
