Minutes of Combined Meeting of <br /> Mashpee Design Review Committee and <br /> ashpee Plan Review Committee <br /> Feld Tuesday, March 6, 2012 <br /> fashpee Town ball Meeting Room <br /> Design Review Members Present: Walter Yarosh, Robert Nelson, Mary LeBlanc, and David <br /> Iooharian. <br /> Plan Review Members Present. <br /> Charlie Maintanis, Local Inspector <br /> Joel Clifford, Fire Inspector <br /> Torn Fudala, Town Planner <br /> Mike Sexton, Police Department <br /> Glen Harrington, Health Agent <br /> Catherine Laurent, DPW Director <br /> Drew McManus, Conservation Agent <br /> Charlie Maintanis called the meeting to order at 9:15 a.m. and stated that the applicant scheduled for <br /> a.m. cancelled due to his having to go to jury duty. <br /> 164 Industrial Drive <br /> David Rydelek, Pyramid Network Services <br /> Proposed MA State Police radio site <br /> David Rydelek said the plans they submitted are for a State Police radio site at 154 Industrial Drive <br /> and they are currently working on project that has been on-going for a few years. They have the <br /> bond money now to go forward. <br /> Have 2 antennas there that are about 12 feet in length. <br /> Want to add 1 microwave dish. <br /> Multiple antennas up there now. <br /> -Have to put radio equipment at lase of the tower. They would have to take existing base of <br /> the tower compound and bump it out in order to fit the 14'X4' wide self-contained radio cabinet. <br /> For back-up emergency power, they're proposing a propane generator and a Soo gallon <br /> propane tank. <br /> Not increasing height of existing tourer, but expanding the tower compound. <br /> Showed picture of ice bridge for steel cabinet. <br /> Charlie Maintants noted the original special permit is good for 15 years so they should Keep an eye <br /> on that. Mr. Rydelek said the owneris aware of that. <br /> Charlie also stated that it is to be verified not more than 20 users. Charlie said the owner of the tower <br /> should contact the Building Department. <br /> Lotion: Torn Fudala motioned Plan review approves set of pians submitted (copy attached to <br /> original printed set of minutes) subject to issues raised by Charlie Maintanis he addressed; <br /> Glen Harrington seconded the motion; and it was unanimously passed by Plan Review <br /> members. <br />
