36 Savanna's Path <br /> New commercial building (Solar pole barn) <br /> Conrad Geyser, cotuit Solar <br /> Conrad Geyser appeared, <br /> • They just purchased this property with idea to use as hone base. <br /> • Zoned commercial but current use is residential. <br /> • They would like to use existing house as office space. They would like to enclose deck f o r <br /> office space. <br /> Would like to construct a solar pole barn to use for storage. <br /> Current access off Sampsons Mill Road but would like access from lit. 28. <br /> They have access for Fire turning access. <br /> Comments. <br /> Toni F ud a la pointed out there is not a town road and not an approved subdivision street in front of <br /> this property so street would have to be built to subdivision standards or have planning Board <br /> determine it is adequate as is in order to construct building. Torn said Sampsons Mill Road is actually <br /> Savanna's Path. <br /> Walter Yarosh noted issues to be dealt with road; how is harm going to be built on that lot taking into <br /> account lot sizer access, set-backs, and parking. Walter said our role is to help you walk through this. <br /> He suggested Mr. Geyser talk to engineer who drew the plan and engineer can advise all variances <br /> needed to }Hake it work. Walter said variances granted when facing hardship} but you cannot create <br /> the hardship, <br /> Catherine Laurent said access should be off of 28...going through parking lot not a good idea. <br /> Glen Harrington confirmed with Mr., Geyser that solar collectors would be on the pole barn. Glen said <br /> Board of Health would need an engineer or sanitarian design calculation dome on septic since charge <br /> of use from residence to office use, <br /> Drew McManus informed the applicant that he must have "inland bank" delineated on a surveyed plan <br /> so the Conservation Commission can ascertain the setbacks to the top of the inland bank from any <br /> proposed work on the site. The plan he submitted did show the wetland boundaries but not inland <br /> bank...a resource area that is protected under M shpee's }wetland by-law. Drew also informed Mr. <br /> Geyser that the Conservation permit application he should file is an RDA (bequest for Determination <br /> of Applicability) which does require a hearing before the commission. <br /> 2 <br />
