He said they would probably do in area adjacent to proposed parking lot. <br /> Committee said this should be shown on the plan. <br /> Sidewalk <br /> o Charlie Rowley pointed out that sidewalk shown on one side of street; no sidewalk at other <br /> side. <br /> Since 52 units going ire, Mary LeBlanc said then it would be great for sidewalks to go in on both <br /> sides. <br /> Dori Bracken said itis appropriate to have sidewalk at entrance but they don't feel sidewalks <br /> necessary but he will address this again and if they need to add sidewalks they will. <br /> Lighting <br /> Don Bracken said lighting was discussed with Housing commissiom Individual lights going along <br /> each driveway and street lighting at cul-de-sac. He said they will do a plan. <br /> Street Names <br /> Joyce Mason advised that Mashpee already has a "Lady's llpper" roadway. She advised that they <br /> should confirm names to be used with Town Clerk and with the Town Address Working group. <br /> DPW ITEM <br /> Catherine Laurent advised that curb cut permit, as well as sto rmwater management permit to be <br /> obtained from DPW. <br /> Don Bracken said they will give Catherine a copy of the archaeological report. Don Bracken said <br /> environmental assessment done on the property about 5 years ago but it will be redone. <br /> 2 <br />
