Mr. Gottlieb moved to support the Finance Committee' s recommendation . Mr. Carter seconded the motion , All were in favor. Article 34 - All were in favor of this article. Article 35. - Transfer of funds Article 36 - subject to 2 override - second level Articles 38 - .42 - Mrs . Thomas ,, Mr. Hanson ,, Mr. Gottlieb and Mr. Carter voted yes , Mr, Lawrence voted no, 2 override - Second level Article 43 - The Board agreed unanimously to support this article . Article 4 -- It was stated that this article is outside Prop. 2 - Second Level.. 4 kainst , icl 4 - This article is subject to 2 * Mr. Lawrence voted no. Hanson was in favor ( override ) . Mr. Gottlieb and Mr, carter voted Mrs . Thomas voted yes . Article 46 - Subject to 2 - Second Level - All were in favor. Article 4 - Mr. Carter and Mr. Hanson voted no. Mrs . Thomas , Mr. Gottlieb and Mr, Lawrence were in favor. Article 4 - All were in favor of supporting this article. Article 4 - Mr. Gottlieb moved that this article be supported as submitted ( not subject to 2 Mrs . Thomas seconded the motion . Mr. Carter, Mr. Hanson and Mr. Lawerence were opposed. Mr. Carter then moved that articles 48 and 4be subject to 2 . Mr. Gottlieb and Mrs . Thomas were in favor. Mr. Lawrence and Mr. Hanson were opposed. 1 Article 50 - All were in favor of supporting this article . Article 51 - It was stated that this article is outside Prop. 2 - second Level. All were in favor of supporting this article . Article 52 - Finance committee did -not recommend this article. Mr, Lawrence, Mr. carter, Mrs . Thomas and Mr. Gottlieb voted no. Mr. Hanson obstained ori voting.
