Mrs . Thomas was informed that the signs had in fact been moved. . Mrs . Thomas discussed South Cape Beach Advisory Commission and the fact that she would like a time frame schedule on the completion of the roads . NEW ,BUSINESS 1 . Mr. Gottlieb roved to execute the May 7 , 1988 election warrant . M . Lawrence seconded the motion. All were in favor. Mr. Hansom was not present at the time . 2 . Letter from Ms , Gail l omanrow regarding snow removal in The M T a a nd Mr. Murphy ' s response to her letter. Request from Father Toti of Christ the King Church to waive building permit fees for the construction of its new parish. All agreed that the amo nt ,of the f s should be determined A before such fees could be waived. - . Mr. Lawrence moved to execute Chief l idge ,ray' s contract to be effective 4/4/88 - 3/31/91 . Mr. Carter seconded the motion. All were in favor. . Request uest from Robert Sullivan to be reappointed as Assistant Harbor Master.
