The Board reviewed a merino from Mr. Murphy regarding "Free Cash" <br /> and agreed to accept his recommendations based upon $400, 000 in <br /> free cash, <br /> 3. The Board discussed the reappointment of Charles Buckingham <br /> to the <br /> Regional solid waste Committee. Mr. Murphy advised the <br /> Board that this committee no longer exists . <br /> OTHER OLD BUSINESS <br /> 1 , Mr. Carter discussed a meeting to be held on Thursday, July 14 , 1988 <br /> with the DPW Directorf Board f Health and Board of selectmen <br /> relating .to issues pertaining to the Town Landfill -- new operating <br /> hours , accessibility by certain vehicles are some of the items to <br /> be discussed. <br /> Mr. Carter mentioned an incident that occurred at the sea Mist resort <br /> pool. The Board directed Mr. Murphy to send a letter to the Board <br /> 0 of Health ,for a full. investigation, <br /> 3 . Mr. Carter asked what the statins is with Little League plans . <br /> Mr, Murphy replied that Little League had sent a letter to the <br /> Board indicating that survey form wont out soliciting volunteer <br /> assistance and that they would come back to the Board with a <br /> se c i f is plan* <br /> 4 . Mrs . Jacobson suggested that something be done about the Santuit Pond <br /> issue , Mr. Lawrence indicated that a meeting was scheduled for <br /> July 12, 19 . <br /> i <br /> 4 <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> 1 . The Board noted a communication from the Harwich Board of selectmen <br /> regarding Cape Cod Commission Proposed Legislation . <br /> . Mr. Gottlieb moved to grant a permit to Seiler Corporation at <br /> New Seabury Restaurant to serge wine on July 17 , 1988 to the <br /> R. J.R. leynolds Conference group at the Mews Conference Center, <br /> Mr, Carter seconded the motion . All were in- 'favor. <br /> Mr. Gottlieb moved to grant a permit to Seiler Corporation at <br /> New seabury Restaurant to serge wine at Bellam ' s Conference Center <br /> on July 15 , 1988 between 3 :00 and 9 : 00 p ,m, for the New seabury <br /> Community relations Art show. Mr. Carter seconded the motion , All <br /> -were in favor. <br />
