All <br /> were in favor, <br /> 51 The Board discussed request from Robert 8a n e c c h i ra of <br /> Tr i-Toren Circle for a street light. Th Board advised Mr. <br /> Murphy to respond to Mr. Sanecch i aro stating that the Town <br /> is evaluating a proposal from COPS Electric for converting <br /> street lights and that the Town will be looking at what <br /> street lights are needed and some may be eliminated and <br /> th6t th@y may consider Installing a street light, <br /> Mr, Garter moved to approve Utility Requests 88-44 and 88- <br /> 46, <br /> Mr. Hanson seconded the motion. All were in favor. <br /> Two articles for review - - 1 . From the Town Clerk that <br /> by request the Board deferred consideration on unt i 1 an <br /> explanation could be provided and to find a source of <br /> funding, <br /> An article submitted by Shellfish Warden and Planning <br /> Board. "To see i f the Town w 11 vote to amend the Zoni ng <br /> -l air by amending Subsection 6,3. 1 .9 as follows: Where it <br /> appears, replace the phrase "'Board of Appeals with the <br /> phrase "Planning Board"' and by adding in Subsection 6.2.2 <br /> after the phrase "'except that for non-residential uses' in <br /> line S the new phrase: "(other than fixed and floating <br /> piers, wharves, docks and boardwalks, both seasonal and <br /> year-round)" or take any other action thereon. <br /> Mr. Somery i 1 l e staid that the article was being submitted <br /> as one of many options and could at some point be <br /> withdrawn, <br /> Mrs. ,Jacobson moved to accept the article as submitted for <br /> the November 14, 1988 Special Town Meeting. All were in <br /> favor. <br />
