Conservation - <br /> Commission <br /> onseration - <br /> co ission believes Malcolm MacDonald, who has petitioned <br /> the Land Court to register title to the land adjacent to <br /> Town land may be encroaching on Town land. <br /> Mr. Reardon stated that a survey of the property rest be <br /> completed as soon as possible. Mr. Murphy indicated that <br /> Lisa Hanscom is obtaining estimates from firms i n and out <br /> of the area. <br /> The Board Zvi l l further discuss the issue when survey <br /> estimates are received. In the meant i rye, Mr. Reardon will <br /> file an objection to the petition. <br /> 2, Mr. Hanson moved to accept the b i d of lobertson f s GMC <br /> Truck, Inc. to supply two Utility Trucks to the Town for a <br /> total cost of $24,592, one for the Board of Health and one <br /> for Conservation Commission.
