The Board discussed a communication from Town Counsel regarding Town conservation land at John's. Pond. Conservation - Commission onseration - co ission believes Malcolm MacDonald, who has petitioned the Land Court to register title to the land adjacent to Town land may be encroaching on Town land. Mr. Reardon stated that a survey of the property rest be completed as soon as possible. Mr. Murphy indicated that Lisa Hanscom is obtaining estimates from firms i n and out of the area. The Board Zvi l l further discuss the issue when survey estimates are received. In the meant i rye, Mr. Reardon will file an objection to the petition. 2, Mr. Hanson moved to accept the b i d of lobertson f s GMC Truck, Inc. to supply two Utility Trucks to the Town for a total cost of $24,592, one for the Board of Health and one for Conservation Commission.
