Mrs. Jacobson moved that the board accept the recommendations of the Attau i n Park Corr i ttee in order t staff the beach effective Tuesday, August 16, 1988 at 8:30 a.M. Mr., Carter seconded the mot i on and Mr. Gott 1 i eb was in favor. . Mr. Steven Purcel I of 785 cotui t Load, Mashpee attended to be informed by the Board as to what was discussed at the meeting held last week with r, & Mrs. ,Joyner as the problem discussed greatly affects his property, Mr. 'Gott l i eb advised Mr. Purcell that the problem and source were brought to the attention of the Board and that the owners in the area will seek the Town's assistance to have the problem minimized by extending the drainpipe onto common 1 and. Mr. Purcell stated that the water had recently been diverted onto his property by alteration to the toura.i ne. Mr. Purcell asked if he could attend the meeting to be held with Ernie Ili rg i l i o and Town Counsel regarding the easement issue, The Board advised that he and other area residents should attend, There was discussion of funding. Mr. Purcell asked if it would be possible to obtain a bond from the developer, Mr. Hanson stated that the Building Inspector could answer the question. OTHER OLD BUSINESS 11 Mrs. .Jacobson brought up the issue of jet skis being rented at the State Landing and at the Town Ramp at Great Kiger. Mrs_ Jacobson stated that since the Board had advised the vendor last year not to solicit business on the ramps, that. the Town should be enforcing this.
