Jacobson moved to include the article requesting $7,500 <br /> o engage a consultant and/or intern to assist in the <br /> development of a coastal resources and harbor management <br /> Plan on the Warrant for the November Special Town Meeting, <br /> M r. Hanson seconded the motion . All were in favor. <br /> On September 2 , 198 3# there was e -two to one vote not to <br /> place the article on the warrant ( fir~. Lawrence and Mr. <br /> Carter voted against and Mrs . Jacobson voted for the <br /> article) and per Mr. Fudalafs request , Mr . Gottlieb asked <br /> the Board to reconsider. <br />
