Jacobson and Mr. Gottlieb would follow--up n the issue of beach stickers for time share owners in theTown. NEW BUSINESS 1 . The Board rioted ars adv i sory from Paul Somerville, Shellfish Constable advisinq that he will be conducting a relay 100 bushelsof contaminated oysters -to Town waters located off the East side of Popponesset Island on October 7 and October 8v 1988. 2. Mr . Carter moved to approve Utility Request 88-61 from New England Telephone Company. r , Gottlieb seconded the motion. All were in Favor . . Mr. Gottlieb moved to grant a one day permit o the Mashpee Wompanoag Rod and Gun Club oar October 15, 1988. Mr . Carter seconded the motion. All were in favor. Mr, Lawrence soggested that h organization be Informed -that they should apply for a club license. . Mr . Gottlieb moved that Ani to Little be appointed as a temporary recreation aide 'to be paid at $6, 27 per hour. Mr. Carter seconded the motion. All were in favor . Mr. Goth:li moved to appoint Sue Loch i atter as a temporary clerk at $6. 96. Mr . Car-ter seconded the motion . All were in favor. 6 . The Board voted unary l mou i v to appointErnestine Gray to the Mashpee Arts Lottery Council . Mr. Carter stepped down from -the vote. . Mr. Carter moved to approve Change r d r #4 for the Elementary hoo l (reduction of $10 ,987. 00) . Mr . Hansen seconded the motion. All were in favor. 1 The Board rev 'lewed a numberof ar-'C.Iclesfor the November Special Town Meeting. 1 . Mr .
