8 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> April 8. 2002 <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Appointment of TeMporga Laborers— PW: <br /> Rea o intent of Tem or laborers—DPW: <br /> Two candidates were recommended by the Personnel Adnministrator for <br /> temporary appointment. <br /> Motion made by Selectman'Taylor to appoint Jamaal Branch and <br /> Robert Dias as temporary DPW laborers as recommended. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Mar ters. <br /> VOTE: unanimous, 5-0. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Leveille to reappoint Adam Peters and <br /> Marcus Hendricks as temporary DPW laborer's through June 30, <br /> 2003. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman 'Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Draft Letter for Approval—Buildina Department: <br /> The Building Inspector remitted a memorandum to the Selectmen dated <br /> March 4. 2002 relative to notification to condo management companies <br /> relative to building inspection requirements. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to approve the draft <br /> memorandum to be issued to condo management companies relative <br /> to the required building inspection, every five years in accordance <br /> with MA State Building Code 106.5 'Table 106, effective July 1, 2002. i <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman 'Taylor* <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. j <br />
