Gary Lopez - non payment of final invoice Mr. <br /> McQuaid informed the Board he has not received payment nor a <br /> response from Mr. Lopez . <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to call the $1000. 00 ]gond submitted <br /> by Mr. Lopez , (d/b/a Waste Aweigh) , in its entirety, Mr. <br /> Greel.ih seconded. <br /> 2 . Meeting with water District - Board members agreed <br /> to meet with Commissioners on January 8 , 1991 @ 5: 00p.m. <br /> . Weston & Sampson scheduled mtg. with D.E.P. - for <br /> Jan, 2 , or 23 , 1991 to discuss letter re: Landfill con- <br /> tamination - Mr. McQuaid relayed D.E.P. is unaware of the <br /> current contamination status. Mr. McQuaid will }peep the <br /> Board abreast of the situation. <br /> 4 . reschedule meeting with Verne Polka and Executive <br /> Secretary Mr, McQuaid will schedule meetings and inform <br /> the Board of date and time. <br /> Lane hearing - continued <br /> Mr. Sullivan informed the Board- Mr., Lane is requesting <br /> the Boards consideration to grant the proper relief to up- <br /> grade the system to Title v, without any increase in habit- <br /> able space. <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to grant the sideline Variance as <br /> requested with the stipulation the owner submit a statement <br /> to the Board of Health agreeing to 'no increase ire habitable <br /> space, said relief shall be subject to D.E.P. approval., Mr. <br /> Greelish seconded. <br /> i <br />
