Plans delineate the
existing pit is to be left for roof run-off , in my opinion,
the tank and pit should be cleaned, pumped and filled with
sand.
Mr. Doherty recommended moving the leach system closer
to the corner of the lot.
Mr. Greelish questioned why the abutting lot is not
hooked into public water as Wheeler load is within the
moratorium area. The engineering plan as presented is tech-
nically unacceptable. As this is within a moratorium area,
the owner will be required to maintain the - required distance
from abutters well to on-site septic.
Mr. Doherty motioned to continue this variance request
pending revised plans, Mr. Costa seconded, all agreed.
.
