Mr. <br /> Gree l i sh stated the owner faust sign a statement agreeing to <br /> no increase in habitable space and shall agree revised plans <br /> do not indicate an increase in habitable space. <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated D.F.P, must approve the sideline <br /> variance. <br /> Mr. Costa motioned to grant the sideline variance pend- <br /> ing D.E.P. approval of revised plans, Mr. Doherty seconded, <br /> all agreed. <br /> .S,T. seminar 1Z30/91 - Mr. McQuaid stated he and <br /> Deputy Baker will attend the seminar. <br /> *NEW BUSINESS <br /> outbreak of Fifths Disease <br /> Mr. McQuaid informed the Board the Superintendent of <br /> Schools has reported one case of Fifths Disease at the <br /> Mashpee Middle School . The Physician has not reported the <br /> case to this office. Dr. DeMoura has taken the proper pre- <br /> cautions. <br /> Acknowledged. <br /> Rectuest for addition - 19 Uncle Edwards Avenue <br /> Mr, McQuaid informed the Board the owner is proposing t <br /> construct a foyer and closet, As proposed construction is <br /> not considered an increase of habitable space the existing <br /> cesspool will not be upgraded. <br /> Mr. Doherty questioned whether a third bedroom addition <br /> had been added. <br /> Mr. Evans relayed he did inform the owner an Agent will <br /> inspect the site to determine if the third bedroom was a pre- <br /> vious addition, <br /> Board members will await the Agents report. <br />
