Chris Costa stated a local variance <br /> from the 150' well to septic is requested down to 1.04• and <br /> 10 51 and the installation of flow diffusers rather than a pit <br /> due to groundwater. fir. Evans stated he paced off the dis- <br /> tance from perk location to Little River at +/-2131 . Mr. <br /> McQuaid stated that Conservation has verified wetlands delin- <br /> eation. Concern was raised over the existing downgradient <br /> well and the proposed new well downgradient of the proposed <br /> leaching facility, Mr, McQuaid suggested that considering the <br /> probable groundwater flow, the plan should be redesigned pro- <br /> posing a well towards Monomoscoy Its, Rd. C. Costa stated the <br /> applicant would prefer to install a well as shown, if the wa- <br /> ter proves inpotable, a new well would be drilled up by the <br /> road. Ir. Greelish stated he wants abutters notified of any <br /> variances requested. Ir. Greelish motioned to continue hear- <br /> ing subject to revised plans, Mr. Doherty seconded. Mr. <br /> McQuaid .instructed engineer to inform ConCom that review of <br /> plans will continue subject to engineer's revision and relo- <br /> cation of well,. <br /> BOARD IS NOW IN FULL ATTEN ANCE. <br /> A ointment: John Slavinski , Antunes Subdivision. fir. <br /> Slavinski stated that his client understands she must comply <br /> with the groundwater study requirements of the Planning Board <br /> and is willing to install two monitoring wells, the locations <br /> of which to be determined by the BOH. A discussion ensued re- <br /> garding what components need to be tested for, the resultbe- <br /> ing a bacteria , voC and lead test. These wells must be in- <br /> stalled and test results submitted with the application to <br /> r the Planning Board prior to their review of the subdivision <br />
