Mr, <br /> Costa stated that he would rather see the Planning Board ap- <br /> prove subdivisions subject to satisfactory groundwater <br /> analysis not vice-versa, why would anyone spend thousands o <br /> dollars on a water study before being assured the plans will <br /> be approved, he questioned* Mr, Blavinski stated that Mrs, <br /> Antunes agrees to hook all lots into Town water. The location <br /> of the deep well and the shallow well was agreed upon between <br /> all parties, they are to be placed in open space for aces- <br /> sibility. The engineer is to submit a plan showing each loca- <br /> tion precisely, whereupon the Agent will respond with the <br /> Board's comments. <br /> Memo to .B.A. re: Little River Boat and. Acknowledged. <br /> Level Fundin ' re uest "The Center" , Accepted and ac- <br /> knowledged. <br /> Response to Town Counsel's letter re: BOH vs DE Mr. <br /> McQuaid indicated that this may go back to. a land ownership <br /> dispute. we have documentation that the land is owned by the <br /> Town, however, the IEE has never approved the assignment as <br /> a landfill , All proper documentation has been sunt to the DEP <br /> for a site assignment while in the progress of DEP transfer <br /> station approval ., Since no denial has been received, we can <br /> safely assume that the assignment - as a transfer <br /> station/landfill is approved. Mr. McQuaid indicated he will <br /> discuss this with Town Counsel next Tuesday. <br /> Memo to Selectmen re* New Seabury a reement with <br /> C.C.Commiss �subse uen final version o "A reement" <br /> Board approved memo to Selectmen and requested a copy of the <br /> Agents' concerns be sent to New Seabury (FYI) , No actionnec- <br /> ssary re: final version of agreement. <br /> 81 Memos to and from Tax Collector re:� ulrl a.id taxes.
