Mike a FFeeney, Dept of Public Health, was of the <br /> opinion Pilgrims gide may be in violation of OSHA and Food <br /> Drug regulations and suggested removal of the product. <br /> Nor. McQuaid stated, in his opinion, the substance <br /> should not be used until written confirmation, from the <br /> Dept. of Public Health, D.E.P. and o. .H.A, has been re- <br /> ceived stating with proper training this is an acceptable <br /> substance. <br /> Mr. Evans stated he will request Pilgrims Pride to <br /> ithhold use of the subst n e unti l written conf it â–ºation is <br /> received from o. ,H,A. and the Dept. of Public Health. <br /> a <br /> Board members agreed to request Pilgrims Pride Nursing <br /> Hone to withhold use of the substance until written confir- <br /> mation is received from C.S.H.A. and the Dept. of Public <br /> Health stating the substance is acceptable for use with the <br /> proper er trainin . <br /> 4 Letter to rp-sqnonse f ram RCHET) re: -pickerel Cove <br /> Mr, Greelish directed the Health.
