4 <br /> MINUTES February 28, 1991 2 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> i <br /> Ms. Sullivan requested that she be notified of any <br /> changes that may take place. <br /> Board members agreed. <br /> 2 . , rove minutes of Feb, 14 and 21 , 1991 - Mr. Costamo- <br /> tioned to accept the minutes of February 14 & 21, 1991, Mr, <br /> Doherty peconded, all agreed. <br /> APPOINTMENT: George Heufelder, BCHED - Proposed regulations <br /> Mr, Heufelder was in attendance for this scheduled ap- <br /> pointment.. <br /> p- <br /> oint ent. <br /> Mr, Heufelder presented proposals for new regulations to <br /> the Board. Regulations were reviewed and commented on by <br /> Board members, <br /> Mr, Heufelder stated a final presentation will be sub- <br /> mitted in two weeks. <br /> PP INTMEIT: Ed Pesce - variance, 3 Park Read <br /> Mr. Pesos and Mr, Estabrook owner were in attendance for <br /> this scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr. .Pece presented certified mail receipts to the Board <br /> and questioned Mr. McQuaid as to whether any objections were <br /> received. <br /> Mr, McQuaid *responded he did receive calls from Mr, <br /> Robert Dennis, lot 9 , and Mr., Gerald Barkely who questioned <br /> the reasoning for the variance requests. Abutters were in- <br /> formed of the septic failure and proposal.s for the upgrade, <br /> subsequently no objections were 'voiced. <br /> 4 ■ <br /> 1 <br /> Ir. Costa questioned whether any additions are proposed. <br /> Mr. Estabrook responded no. <br /> Mr. McQuaid explained due to excessive pumping the sys- <br /> tem was certified in failure. <br /> Mr, Estabrook signed the statement agreeing to no in- <br /> crease in habitable space. <br />
