MINUTES February 28, 1991 3 BOARD of HEALTH <br /> Mr. costa motioned to grant the following variances with <br /> the stipulation the conservation ' Commission agrees to <br /> wetlands delineation as shown on repair plans; 25' variance <br /> from wetlands, 21 variance from lot well to on-site s p- <br /> tic, 6811 variance from lot 79 well to on-site septic, 551 <br /> variance from lot 80 well t .-site sectio, 301 variance <br /> from lot 81 well to on-site septic, 251 variance lot 73 well <br /> to on-site septic, 401 variance from ori-site well to ori-site <br /> septic, 101 variance from property lines, variance as no re- <br /> serve is to be installed and 41 variance between leaching <br /> pits, Mr, Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> Board members forwarded their signatures to the "Emer- <br /> gency Repair certification" form. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Walter Yarosh - Senior center addition <br /> Mr, Walter Yarosh and Mr, <br /> Charles Buckingham harm were in at- <br /> tendance for this scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr, Yarosh informed the Board they propose to expand the <br /> facility 1800 to 2000 square feet. <br /> Questions were raised as to whether public water will be <br /> supplied to the facility. <br /> Mr, Evans relayed the well has been designated <br /> non-community public water supply.. <br /> Mr, costa questioned whether membership will increase. <br /> Mr. Buckingham stated there will be no increase in mem- <br /> bership. <br /> Mr. Yarosh stated water mains will be installed to the <br /> street for future water hock-up, the existing septic systems <br /> will be upgraded and the underground storage tank will be re- <br /> moved. <br /> Mr. Yarosh informed the hoard they may expand the park- <br /> ing lot. <br /> Mr , Evans recommended the parking area near the well lo- <br /> cation remain in its current state. <br /> Mr, Yarosh was acceptable to the, recommendation. <br /> Y <br /> i <br /> • ` 1 <br />
