Doherty and <br /> George R, Costa <br /> THE TAPE 1S NOT PAR'S' of THE MEETING 1T IS FOR THE PURPOSE of <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Ir. Stephen J. Greelish, Chairman <br /> 1 , ) Warrants signed <br /> 2 . ) Mr. Doherty motioned to accept the minutes of March 7 . <br /> 1991 , Mr. Costa seconded, all agreed. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Mr, Staruch and Mr, Mills - Concession Stand <br /> Ir, Staruch and Mr., Mills were in attendance for this <br /> scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr. Evans relayed problems exist with the Concession <br /> Stand as proposed to this Board. The food stand may not be <br /> installed in a fixed location for more than 14 consecutive <br /> days and must be in conjunction with a single event or cel- <br /> ebration. <br /> el- <br /> ebr ion. A mobile food stand must be moved on a regular ba- <br /> sis. A standard food service permit could not be issued as <br /> i an approved water source and bathroom facilities would be re- <br /> quired. <br /> i <br /> Mr. Costa voiced his concern with the lack of a sanitary <br /> facility. <br /> Mr. Mills stated he would amend themobile food applica- <br /> tion to reflect the cart would be moved as often as neces- <br /> sary,. <br /> Mr. Evans stated he will contact Howard Wensley and re- <br /> quest his comments on the proposal. <br /> Mr, McQuaid stated, in his opinion, , this proposal does <br /> not satisfy the definition of a mobile food unit nor does it <br /> meet the criteria of a temporary food establishment, If the <br /> applicants wish to argue the point they may get substantiat- <br /> ing evidence from the Dept. of Public Health stating what is <br /> proposed is allowable. <br /> i <br />
